AHI courtyard at Welland Campus closed for construction
Please be advised that “EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY – NOT MAINTAINED FOR SNOW AND ICE” signage has been installed on the two doors that open into the Applied Health Building courtyard as illustrated on the diagram.
These doors will now operate as emergency exit–only doors while the courtyard will be closed for construction related to the Applied Health New Building Project. Regular entry through these doors is no longer permitted.

Welland CampusRepairs to Begin on Main Building Entrance at Daniel J. Patterson Campus in NOTL on August 18
Please be advised that the main entrance vestibule and stairwell at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake remains closed due to excessive water from a roof leak.
Contractors will be onsite beginning Tuesday, August 18 to begin the required repairs. A follow-up notice will be issued once the main entrance and stairwell are available for use.

Niagara-on-the-Lake CampusService disruption Aug 10 to Nov 2 – East elevator cab replacement project at Daniel J Patterson Campus
Please be advised that the main building east elevator at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus will be temporarily out of service to facilitate the replacement of the elevator cab. Work is scheduled to begin on Monday August 10, 2026 and is expected to be completed by Monday November 2, 2026. During this period, the west elevator, located on the attached site plan, will remain operational and available for use. The contractor will make every effort to minimize disruptions; however, staff and students are asked to use caution in the work areas and adhere to all posted signage and barriers.
