AHI courtyard at Welland Campus closed for construction
Please be advised that “EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY – NOT MAINTAINED FOR SNOW AND ICE” signage has been installed on the two doors that open into the Applied Health Building courtyard as illustrated on the diagram.
These doors will now operate as emergency exit–only doors while the courtyard will be closed for construction related to the Applied Health New Building Project. Regular entry through these doors is no longer permitted.

Welland CampusEast elevator cab replacement project at Daniel J Patterson Campus
The main building east elevator at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus is temporarily out of service to facilitate the replacement of the elevator cab. Work is expected to be completed by Monday November 2, 2026. During this period, the west elevator, located on the site plan, will remain operational and available for use. The contractor will make every effort to minimize disruptions; however, staff and students are asked to use caution in the work areas and adhere to all posted signage and barriers.
